Living in NYC you get a taste of all weird parts of society...and occasionally you see something truly bizarre. Things I've seen in the past year that fall into the latter category have been: a man segwaying down park avenue in a business suit at rush hour, a fully cloaked nun rollerblading on the Westside Highway, and then this morning this, spotted at the corner of Lexington Avenue and WACKO:
